Hello, my name is Patrick Kohler. If you ask me about my personality type, my answer is: " I am an idealist! "Yes, I have ideals and values that are important to me. How can we shape the future if we are not true to our values? I hope you feel the same way. Good, then we fit together.

Even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges and extraordinary events, I recognize the good, potentials, opportunities and possibilities to make a difference in this world or even turn it into a meaningful and valuable business idea. On the one hand, I am deliberate, initially reserved, often just observing and listening. Once the realization, the need or the idea is there, I change into decisiveness and action. The way to achieve a desired goal is the most beautiful. I like to listen to my gut feeling. Sometimes it fits perfectly, sometimes not and sometimes you grow in the team and with the task. Challenges are there to be accepted. A well-considered risk is often a chance or opportunity that you can take. Luck is always the good preparation that meets the right opportunity. That's how success works.

When I am enthusiastic about something, my passion feeds an inner flame that shines brightly and drives me.
This energetic enthusiasm can sometimes seem irritating to someone, especially someone who is only out for personal gain. Even those who only chase short-term success will not be happy with me. Like-minded people, however, recognize this bubbling source of creative ideas and inspiration, which leads to an enriching, lively, harmonious collaboration. Thus inspired, I engage myself with all my resources such as time, emotions and energy. I care because I care.
Formative values for your path?
Mindfulness, meaningfulness, passion, loyalty and gratitude are important components of my sense of values, which in turn drive and motivate my work.
I value harmony and reject any exercise of power over others or myself. What you do must have added value and meaning for others. This is the only way to make a positive difference in the life of a fellow human being. Simply also contribute something good to the big picture. Isn't that satisfying?

Our own personality and formative experiences all too often turn against us.
I know that too, for example when enthusiasm is thwarted by another, often too big, ego, or an unexpected disappointment - the end of the deception. Not taking inspiration and criticism personally is not always easy for me either, especially when I should reconsider my own position. Am I too generous or selfless when I put the interests of my business partners above my own? No, I care. Admittedly, a double-edged sword. However, if the big picture succeeds, I am really fully satisfied. There are more loyal comrades-in-arms and fellow human beings, even in the business world, than one might realize at first glance. With confidence and patience, you can find them. Who can then get in our way?
We always win as a team anyway. Teamwork makes the dream work.
